When the rains come everything starts going mental. Going to be a fire fighting few days to get clients properties sorted.
Had a good few months of great weather which in itself can cause issues on roofs.
Those issues created, now come to the fore.
The amount of damage even one broken tile or flashings out can be outrageous (picture 7)
When left or undetected it can cause many thousands of pounds worth of damage especially when it’s very difficult access internally to rectify issues.
Whether it’s broken/cracked tiles, ridge tiles or chimney issues we will always make good.
Sorted approx 140 leaks over the last 12 months so it’s bread & butter stuff for HAP with our own platforms.
